Return Policy

We have a 21-day return policy. If 21 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@caleyfootwear.com. Returns on regular priced items are free within the prescribed delay.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
